A UK Recruitment group Badenoch & Clark commissioned a survey to discover what the top skills people in the financial services industry think they need to get on.
Top of the list was Communications skills - 72% placed this in 1st, 2nd or 3rd order of importance.
Next came attention to detail at 47%, followed closely by leadership skills - 45%. Technical competence was next at 39% and lower but not least was honesty at 32%
